Art Camp Details
Ages: 6 - 12 year old (currently enrolled in Kindergarten) *please note that ages alternate each week*
Times: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am to 4:30pm and Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm
Fee: per child per session $165/$145 city resident
Session 1 June 4 - 8 (Ages 6-12)
Session 2 June 11 - 15 (Ages 6-8)
Session 3 June 18 - 22 (Ages 9-12)
Session 4 June 25 - 29 (Ages 6-8)
No camp the week of July 2-6
Session 5 July 9 - 13 (Ages 9-12)
Session 6 July 16 - July 20 (Ages 6-8)
8:30am - 9:00am - Arrival
9:00am - 9:30 am - Meet and Greet / Art Centers
9:30am - 12:30pm - Rotation between classes
12:30pm - 1:00pm - Lunch
1:00pm - 2:30pm - Gym or Forsyth Park
2:30pm - 4:30pm - Rotation between classes
4:30pm - 5:30pm - Pickup
General Camp Information
Drop Off: (See map for drop-off and pick-up info) Please drop off your children no earlier than 8:15am. Adults/guardians must sign in all camp participants at the parking lot white fence at 9 W. Henry St. Students arriving after 9:00am or leaving before 4:30pm must enter and exit camp through the front office at 9 W. Henry Street and be signed in at the front desk by an adult.
Pick Up: Adults/guardians must sign out all camp participants at the parking lot white fence. Late fees of $25 will be imposed for pickups after 5:30pm. Students will ONLY be released to the individuals listed on the registration sheet.
Parents are NOT allowed to visit children during the day while in class or during their lunch/gym break.
Appropriate Attire Reminders: For safety reasons, we suggest tennis shoes. Aprons are provided but we advise dressing your child in clothing appropriate for art making.
Supervised Outdoor Activity Weather Policy: Daily outings are planned to St. Paul’s gym. Activities will be held in the Cultural Affairs facility in the event of rain or excessive temperatures.
Lunch: Please send simple, non-spoiling sandwiches, fruit, or vegetables in packaging that your child can open. Make sure that the paper bag/lunch box has your child’s name clearly marked on the front. There is NO access to a refrigerator or a microwave. No food will be provided without prior parental approval. Absolutely NO nuts of any kind/form are permitted at camp.
