Employer Assisted Home Purchase Program

The Housing Department offers downpayment assistance for home purchase to City employees.

This benefit program serves three principal purposes:

  1. To help attract and retain City of Savannah employees
  2. To help increase homeownership in Savannah and incentivize neighborhood revitalization
  3. To serve as a model for other Savannah area employers.
