Office of Organizational Performance & Accountability

Overview

The Office of Organizational Performance & Accountability is an independent, objective assurance and consulting team designed to add value and improve the City of Savannah’s operations; through a systematic disciplined risk-based and objective approach enhance and protect organizational performance and advance accountability.  Assist the City in identifying risks, evaluating controls, and making recommendations that promote economical, efficient, and effective delivery of services that respect and support the ethical objectives of the City. The Office’s primary responsibilities include conducting internal audits, investigation, consulting, compliance and operational reviews; supporting the City’s external audit efforts; and identifying and confirming management controls.
