The City of Savannah’s Vision Plan is available through National Vision Administrators (NVA). National Vision Administrators (NVA) can help you and your family see well, stay healthy, and save. Their diverse, national vision provider network offers access to high-quality eye care in every state across the United States.
- Choose from a large network of ophthalmologists, optometrists and opticians, from private practices to retailers like Walmart, Sam’s Club and Visionworks. Just remember, your benefit dollars go further when you stay in-network.
With In-network benefits there are no claims for you to file when you go to an in-network vision specialist. Simply pay your copay and, if applicable, any amount over your allowance at the time of service.
Vision is essential to many things we do — from reading the white board, watching TV, driving, and even using a computer or other electronic devices. Your eyes deserve the best care to keep them healthy, and cost should not be a barrier. Receiving a comprehensive eye exam from one of NVA's in-network providers may not only reveal changes in a person's vision but also detect early signs of serious health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. At NVA, eye care is about excellence without high costs.
