- City of Savannah Government
- Chatham County Government

- Community at Large
- Track & report on Housing Savannah outcomes.

Housing Savannah, Inc. plays a leading role in increasing and sustaining local investments for housing affordability initiatives as outlined in the Action Plan. This includes planned increases in investments for the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund from $722,000 in 2021 to at least $12.5M annually by 2032 and each year thereafter. These investments are expected to leverage at least $87.5M annually in other financing and funding for housing. Together, this $100M+ annual investment can help retain, improve, and produce quality, affordable, housing for 1,500+ households annually.
The 40-member Housing Savannah Task Force that developed the Housing Savannah Action Plan recognized it is too difficult for an organization to both raise significant investment for housing and to produce housing. As a result, Housing Savannah, Inc. is not responsible for producing housing nor making grants or loans. It will raise money and investments for those engaged in activities that retain, improve, and produce housing for a wide range of Savannah residents in need of housing they can afford.
Money raised by Housing Savannah, Inc . is deposited into the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund where it is made available by Community Housing Services Agency, Inc. (CHSA) to a variety of Housing Savannah partners for a wide range of initiatives that retain, improve, and produce housing.
