The subject property consists of +/- 5.13-acres (subject to survey) strategically positioned at the southeast corner of E. President Street and Randolph Street within the Hardee Ward subdivision of the City of Savannah. The tract was formerly used as part of the Savannah and Tybee Railroad route to Tybee Island in the 1920s. The subject Property is zoned Light Industrial (LI).
