Bay Street will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Jefferson Street and Whitaker Street from 5:30 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Friday, July 7. The lane closures are necessary for the Georgia State Patrol’s Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team to conduct a crash investigation. Motorists should expect delays and use an alternate route during this period.
