Mayor Johnson to make announcement with New York Gov. Cuomo

Mayor Van R. Johnson, II will hold a media availability today at approximately 1:30 p.m. with New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to announce partnership efforts on COVID-19 resistance and resilience.

Mayor Johnson and Gov. Cuomo will be participating in a roundtable earlier in the day with medical and scientific experts from New York and Savannah to discuss best practices, lessons learned and recommendations moving forward in Savannah’s continuing fight against COVID-19.

Media must arrive at City Hall at 1 p.m. for a temperature check prior to being escorted to the media availability.
