Mayor Johnson to introduce additional taskforce Thursday

SAVANNAH (Dec. 1) – Mayor Van R. Johnson, II, will hold a news conference on Thursday, Dec. 2, at 11 a.m. at City Hall to introduce the AAPI Taskforce, dedicated to making the City of Savannah more inclusive for residents of Asian American or Pacific Islander descent.

The news conference will be held in council chambers and will be live-streamed on the city's Facebook, YouTube and SGTV Channel 8.
