 City, Partners To Mark Progress On Dundee Cottages

 

SAVANNAH (Oct. 5, 2023) – City of Savannah leaders alongside partners with Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless (CSAH) and the Community Housing Services Agency (CHSA) will gather on Wednesday, Oct. 11, to provide an update on progress of the Dundee Cottages project. 

The event will be held at the Dundee Cottage site located at 65 Dundee Street adjacent to the Cove at Dundee Tiny Homes at 10 a.m. 

Dundee Cottages is a true housing-first initiative, prioritizing permanent housing with low barriers. It is specifically designed for families and individuals exiting homelessness in the Chatham County/Savannah area and will provide outflow for residents who are unable to leave emergency shelters due to no affordable housing opportunities.
