Request a Ceremonial Document from the Mayor

  4. All requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to date the document is needed. (Requests for 10 or more certificates must be submitted at least 20 business days in advance.) No exceptions will be made.

    The Office of the Mayor reserves the right to deny any request for ceremonial documents, at the discretion of the correspondence unit.
