Kenneth serves as a specialist in compensation policies practices, and implementation. He is also responsible for data management for the City’s HRIS database. Kenneth has over ten years of Human Resources experience in the public and private sector. Previous roles outside of human resources included inventory management, training coordination, and search engine optimization. As a first generation student he received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida.
Kenneth’s dream since childhood was public service. Being in a role where he can support other public servants and their direct impact on the community every day gives him a great sense of purpose and fulfillment.
