Amy Caudill is an experienced leader and continuous improvement enthusiast with a diverse background in Human Resources and Operations. Most recently serving in the water utilities and engineering industries Amy has over 15 years of people leadership experience. Amy is passionate about being in a servant leadership role; successfully supporting teams to achieve project deliverables, build customer advocacy, lead talent acquisition and management, employee relations, inclusion, diversity, labor relations, strategy development and deployment, safety, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Actively involved in community outreach she has served on boards for the Urban League of Lexington, KY/TN Section American Water Works Association, Lyric Theatre, Bluegrass Chapter Society of Human Resource Management and as an Ambassador for the Greater Lexington Chamber of Commerce. She studied at Midway University, holds a SHRM-SCP certification, a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and currently working to obtain her PMP certification in Project Management. A native of Kentucky, when it is time to practice some work/life balance she is happiest enjoying the arts or outdoors and traveling with her two sons.
