Any businesses performing the following operations will require permitting from the Chatham County Health Department:
- Food service establishments,
- Body art facilities,
- Tourist accommodations (including, but not limited to hotels, motels, bed and breakfast, etc.)
- Public swimming pools/spas/recreational water parks
