The Grants and Contracts Division manages the Community Partnership Program (CPP), which utilizes a competitive process to purchase programs and services from local non-profit organizations, which further the City’s achievement of the goals and priorities identified in the City’s Strategic Plan and support, and specifically benefit the residents of Savannah, Georgia. One or more selection committees evaluate proposals and recommended for funding in varying amounts from a minimum of $15,000 to a maximum of $50,000 for Community Services contracts and up to $200,000 for Homeless Continuum of Care Services Management.
