Dr. Anntoinette Williams
Assistant Director, Department of Human Services
Conscious Leadership & Organizational Development Expert

Dr. Anntoinette Williams is a visionary public sector leader and conscious leadership expert who integrates psychology and well-being to build high-performing teams, empowered leaders, and resilient communities. As Assistant Director of Human Services for the City of Savannah, she leads the Community Advancement Division and leverages her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology to advance organizational development, talent acquisition, and trauma-informed practices. Her leadership directly supports the City’s goals of enhancing quality of life, strengthening community partnerships, and fostering a high-performing government.

Glenda Francis BS

Glenda Francis serves as the Lead Coordinator for the Savannah Youth Ambassadors, where she empowers young leaders through civic engagement, personal growth, and community impact initiatives. She is also a training facilitator in the Community Advancement Leadership Institute, helping city of Savannah residents and professionals strengthen their skills and expand opportunities for growth. As a certified CPR and First Aid trainer, Glenda promotes safety and preparedness throughout the community. Passionate about leadership, education, and service, she is dedicated to equipping individuals of all ages with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to create a lasting, positive difference in their communities.

Comia Flynn-Knight BA, MBA

Program Coordinator Department of Human Services, City of Savannah

Comia Flynn-Knight empowers people to unlock their next chapter of professional and personal growth. With expertise in leadership development, strategic storytelling, and transformational coaching, she helps women amplify influence, embrace balance, and build meaningful legacies. A proud graduate of Savannah State University (B.A.) and the University of Phoenix (M.B.A.), Comia has served on Oprah Winfrey’s 2020 Vision Tour and currently works with the City of Savannah as a Program Coordinator. She also serves as Lead Advisor for the Savannah Youth Council under the Mayor’s guidance. As a lifestyle content creator and podcaster, she inspires others to believe anything is possible.

DeWanna Floyd BS

DeWanna Floyd, is a passionate leader, trainer, and community advocate dedicated to inspiring growth and transformation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Cremation Specialist and Arranger (ICCFA). As a Human Services Program Coordinator and Savannah Youth Council Assistant Leader, DeWanna leads the Career and Personal Development track, delivering impactful leadership, personal growth, and career advancement training for residents, businesses, and organizations throughout the community. Known for her expertise in building inclusive work cultures, she empowers individuals to unlock their potential and drives meaningful change through connection, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership.

Derdra

Deatre Denion BA, MPA

Program Coordinator Department of Human Services, City of Savannah

Deatre Denion holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Public Affairs. She began her career as a Water Conservation Planner with the Chatham-Savannah Metropolitan Planning Commission, later spending 12 years with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs coordinating the WaterFirst Program. Deatre has also served as a Town Clerk and Planning Administrator and currently works as a Program Coordinator for Human Services with the City of Savannah, supporting programs that enhance community well-being.
