Overview

The Office of Management & Budget is responsible for the following: 

  • Preparing a fiscal plan that provides the resources needed to support City Council’s strategic priorities and the service delivery needs of residents, businesses, and guests
  • Ensuring a diversified revenue base that includes securing grant funds to leverage the financing of services
  • Updating the five-year capital plan to support a program of regular maintenance, replacement and growth of the City’s infrastructure
  • Grants research and management and participating in various research projects
