The Office of Management & Budget is responsible for the following:
Preparing a fiscal plan that provides the resources needed to support City Council’s strategic priorities and the service delivery needs of residents, businesses, and guests
Ensuring a diversified revenue base that includes securing grant funds to leverage the financing of services
Updating the five-year capital plan to support a program of regular maintenance, replacement and growth of the City’s infrastructure
Grants research and management and participating in various research projects
The FY2026 Proposed budget and capital improvement program is now available
