“On March 30, 2015, Governor Nathan Deal signed House Bill 91 into law. Former students previously enrolled in a Georgia Public High School, who did not receive their diploma because he/she failed to achieve a passing score on one or more parts of the Georgia High School Graduation Test, may petition the local Board of Education to determine eligibility for their diploma.”
