Am I Eligible for the VIBE Skillbridge Program?
Service members must be able to complete the program within their last 180 days of military service and must also obtain approval from their chain of command, which varies by each branch of the Military. The respective branch Commanders may approve or disapprove participation by a Service member based upon unit mission requirements.
What Opportunities Does the VIBE Skillbridge Program Offer?

Who Is an Ideal Candidate for the Skillbridge Program?
The goal of the VIBE Skillbridge Program is for transitioning members of the military to obtain career opportunities that align with their career goals with the City of Savannah. The City of Savannah creates a learning environment where employees can grow and develop their knowledge and leadership skills.

VIBE Skillbridge opportunities for internships, apprenticeship and fellows are based on current needs of our Service Centers with the potential of providing regular, full-time employment upon successfully completing the program. Although we cannot guarantee placement into the program, if you are selected for interview for the VIBE Skillbridge Program, our VIBE Program Manager will contact you for the area of interest regarding next steps.
