Residential Parking Decal

ONLINE RESIDENTIAL DECALS

Beginning November 1, 2021, Mobility & Parking Services Department (MPSD) will accept applications for Residential and Second Residential decals online.  With this new service you can upload the required documents along with your application online. Once approved you will receive an email and will be able to pick-up your decal at our main office located in the Bryan Street Parking Garage at 100 East Bryan Street or upon request, we can mail your decal to your home address except for Second Residential decals. Residents applying for a Second Residential decal will need to pay for their decal in the MPSD office at the address above, and at that time pickup their decal.   MPSD will not be responsible for delayed USPS mail so be sure to order early.  We look forward to serving you.  Click on the link below, then scroll down to PERMITS.

Overview

City of Savannah residents living in a metered zone can apply for an on-street parking decal for parking meters near their residence. Residency requirements must be met and restrictions apply.

Second Residential Parking Decal 

Residents residing in the City of Savannah in a metered zone can apply for a on-street parking at parking meters near their residence. Residency requirements must be met and restrictions apply (see documents below). Cost of decal - $200.00 per year. You may print and complete an application, or fill one out in our office at 100 E.
