[ARCHIVED] Ogeecheeton neighborhood sign dedication this Saturday

Date: May 4, 2016

What: City officials will join neighborhood representatives to dedicate the new entryway sign for the Ogeecheeton neighborhood.

When: Saturday, May 7 at 11 a.m.

Where: 2821 Ogeechee Rd. (Intersection of Julia Law St. and Ogeechee Rd.)

Who: District 1 Alderman Van R. Johnson II, who represents the area, will be joined by Mayor Eddie DeLoach, City Manager Stephanie Cutter, neighborhood leaders and City staff.

Why: Residents in Ogeecheeton are taking steps to improve the appearance of their neighborhood, and worked with the City to create a new sign for their community.
