The City of Savannah has established a new telephone information line with up-to-date hurricane recovery information for residents and businesses.
Dial 311 on your phone or cellular device and listen to the options. Callers can speak to a live customer service representative to place a work order, or receive recorded Hurricane-related information concerning:
· Temporary changes to the Sanitation schedule· Debris removal procedures
· Business establishment procedures· Shelter information
· A listing of City services that are open or closed.
This information will be updated with new topics daily, and can also be found at www.savannahga.gov/hurricane or at www.facebook.com/cityofsavannah.
Remember to call 311 with downed tree, road blockage or other non-emergency service requests. Only call 911 for emergencies.
