[ARCHIVED] Volunteers needed for March 25 cleanup of Tremont Park neighborhood

Date: March 9, 2017

As part of the annual Great Savannah Cleanup, the City of Savannah is partnering with local residents to hold a cleanup of the Tremont Park neighborhood on March 25 from 9 a.m. to noon. Volunteers are needed to help with the beautification efforts in the area from Paige Avenue to Hobson Avenue and Corvair Avenue to Second Avenue.

Cleanup supplies will be provided by the City of Savannah. Activities for volunteers will include landscaping and litter pick-up. Residents or businesses interested in volunteering for this event or any other Great Savannah Cleanup events should call City of Savannah Operation Clean Sweep coordinator Pauline Haywood at (912) 658-6795.
