SAVANNAH, GA (November 14, 2017)—City of Savannah Mayor Pro Tem Carolyn Bell recently graduated from Shaw University Divinity School in Raleigh, NC with Master’s Degrees in Christian Education and Divinity.  

Bell began this pursuit in 2013.  “This is part of my pursuit of knowledge,” Bell said.  “I feel like I have come full circle since beginning my college career at Shaw University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.”

Since then, Bell has also earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration Degree from the University of Georgia, an Executive Leadership Coach Certification from Georgetown University and she completed a fellowship at the Harvard Kennedy School.
