May Episode of City Span Now Playing On SGTV

SAVANNAH, GA (April 30, 2018) — Savannah Government Television (SGTV) has launched the latest edition of City Span. The magazine-style news show features in-depth stories about the City of Savannah.

This month, Savannah Mayor Eddie DeLoach climbs aboard a front-end loader to help demolish a blighted house as part of the Savannah Shines Initiative. City Span anchor Ken Slats goes in-depth for a first-hand look at the new $21 Million Biosolids Project and explains why it’s needed and what does it mean for YOU.

Get introduced to the management team for the new Arena project on this month’s episode. JLL, Pelote and GreenLine Architecture are gearing up for Savannah’s largest project to date. Hear what’s next and when we can expect to see a shovel in the ground only on City Span.

Other stories within the all-new City Span include: St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival after action meeting- what’s the City’s focus for the future. Also, an in-depth feature on the Congress for New Urbanism- why they’re here and what they expect to accomplish.
