Last summer the Edgemere/Sackville neighborhood was selected as the inaugural Savannah Shines neighborhood. The Savannah Shines initiative unites a strong neighborhood association with city staff and private partners to improve neighborhoods and reduce blight.

Philharmonic in the Streetz will celebrate the community and is open to the public. The event will feature Philharmonic musicians performing on an outdoor stage. Live performances will include Ricardo Ochoa and Friends, Laiken Love and the Fellowship of Love, and students from Myers Middle School. The event will also include entertainment for children, food and free ice cream.

“Our organization is proud to produce and present this growing community-focused event.
