City To Host Ribbon Cutting Ceremony For Leeds Gate Gazebo
SAVANNAH (July 27, 2023) – The City of Savannah will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Leeds Gate Gazebo on Thursday, Aug. 3, at 9:30 a.m. at 211 Leeds Gate Road.
The Leeds Gate Gazebo was constructed by F.H. Paschen and includes a concrete walking path from the sidewalk to a 30-foot, hex-shaped covered concrete pad.
The new community space will provide a public gathering area for residents of the Leeds Gate/Colonial Village area in Aldermanic District 5. It was constructed on a FEMA Lot and funded from the General Fund and SPLOTS VI at a cost of $124, 818.
