[ARCHIVED] Mayor releases State of the City Address

For Immediate Release
Date: February 12, 2015

Mayor Edna Jackson issued the State of the City Address Wednesday night, calling on the community to start getting “real” about persistent, generational crime in Savannah, and outlined a five-step plan to address gun violence.

Read the entire State of the City Address. A video of Wednesday night’s meeting will begin running on Savannah Government Television (Comcast Channel 8) at 7 p.m. Thursday, February 12, and will be posted online at www.savannahga.gov/SGTV this afternoon.
