Tomorrow morning, students from Savannah State University, including representatives from Savannah State University Collegiate Section of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc, will install red bows and garland on the 117 lamp posts along Broughton Street between Montgomery to Lincoln streets. Businesses along Broughton Street will also be participating in the decorating efforts. Volunteers will meet at 118 E. Broughton at 9:00 a.m. to begin decorating the street.
