[ARCHIVED] Local students adopt streets, plan clean-up

Students from the Paragon Male Academy of Hubert Middle School are participating in the Keep Savannah Beautiful Adopt-a-Street program by taking on the responsibility of maintaining the cleanliness of three streets adjacent to their school.

On Friday, January 15 at 9 a.m. 75 students from the program will be conducting an initial clean-up of the streets they’ve adopted, using supplies provided by the City of Savannah. The three streets the students adopted are Grant Street, Joe Street, and Wolf Street.
